For the second time, the incomparable wine tasting of superlatives with 19 exquisite wine rarities will take place in the ice Q gourmet restaurant: from fine champagnes and white wines from Burgundy to some of the greatest red wines in the world. From a 2009 Leroy Auxey to the 1998 Cheval Blanc and the 2017 Roumier Bonnes, the finest wine rarities that are otherwise hardly available will be tasted at 3,048 metres above sea level in the 2-toque ice Q restaurant.

The wine made from the wineries Paul Achs, Dr Heger and St. Pauls. This Pinot Noir develops its unmistakable flavour in the specially built wine cellar in the ice Q gourmet restaurant at the summit of the Gaislachkogl.
