GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY
Unless otherwise specified on this page, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry shall apply.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00.

DEPOSIT
To make your reservation in the Das Central binding, we request a deposit of 40% of the full amount of the booked category (depending on the amount and the season).

DRESS CODE
Evening meal in our restaurants is always a formal occasion. For that reason we would ask that you wear sporting, elegant attire.

CANCELLATIONS
A withdrawal is possible by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner with the following cancellation fees:

  • Until 2 months before arrival: no cancellation fees

  • 2 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total amount

  • 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount

  • Within the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount

  • Late arrival, cancellation and no-show will be charged at 90%.

  • Required deposit: 40% of the total amount

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be canceled or cut short prematurely. We would like to spare you the associated costs. We therefore recommend you to take out the hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which provides you and your fellow travelers with the best possible protection, without a deductible and including helicopter rescue after an accident on site.

  • Important: Only trips with a duration of up to 31 days are insured. Insurance cover is subject to payment of the premium. Insurance cover is provided from the taking out of the insurance. If the policy is taken out later than 3 days after the booking date, trip cancellation insurance cover is only provided for events that occur from the 10th day after the insurance is taken out (excluding accident, death or Act of God).

  • Please also note that we will charge the contractually owed cancellation costs in the event of a cancellation or curtailment. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, you will have to bear these costs yourself.

BANK CHARGES & TRANSFER FEES:
In case of a timely cancellation, the entire deposit paid can be credited for a future vacation.
Upon request, we will gladly refund the deposit, minus a one-time bank and credit card processing fee of € 25,- (within the EU) or € 50,- (outside the EU, third countries).

LOCAL TAX
The local tax in Sölden is € 4 per adult per night year-round. Starting from November 1, 2025, the local tax will increase to € 5 per person per night. This fee is not included in the listed prices and must be paid directly on-site.

PETS
Dogs are welcome. However, please understand that this needs to be stated at the time of reservation. In our restaurants – except for the Marend Stube at the day bar – as well as in the Central Wellness Worlds, pets are not allowed. The surcharge is € 25.00 per day (without food), large dogs only on request. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning.

PARKING
We provide a variety of free outdoor parking spaces. Should you want to park your car in the garage, there is a charge of € 15.00 per day.
