Top chef Stefan Speiser is our new Chef de Cuisine! For him, it is a return to his culinary roots, as he was part of Das Central kitchen team many years ago. Stefan Speiser is now one of the best chefs in Austria. At his side is sous-chef Julia Gutenbrunner, with whom he has already delighted at the renowned Apron restaurant in Vienna. At Das Central, he is now continuing his culinary artistry – with a focus on traditional cuisine, which he interprets in a modern and creative way.
