Top chef Stefan Speiser is our new Chef de Cuisine! For him, it is a return to his culinary roots, as he was part of Das Central kitchen team many years ago. With one Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques, Stefan Speiser is now one of the best chefs in Austria. At his side is sous-chef Julia Gutenbrunner, with whom he has already delighted at the renowned Apron restaurant in Vienna. At Das Central, he is now continuing his culinary artistry – with a focus on traditional cuisine, which he interprets in a modern and creative way.
