Dry-Aged specialties at the center of the skiing area
After a few sporty descents on the Gaislachkogl, a culinary highlight awaits all steak lovers. In our FALCON à la carte restaurant at the middle station, our kitchen team will treat you to homemade dry-aged steak specialties prepared on the Big Green Egg and accompanied by top wines from Austria’s best vintners.
Tasting the highest Pinot Noir in the Alps
Every wine has its own story. Our PINO 3000 tells a very special one: The wine estate Paul Achs in Austria, the wine estate Dr. Heger Winery in Germany, and the winery St. Pauls in South Tyrol have combined their best Pinot Noirs in the PINO 3000 and sent it on an extraordinary journey – to the summit of the Gaislachkogl. In the James Bond location, ice Q, the Pinot Noir matures in noble barrique barrels. Up here, PINO 3000 is exposed to extreme conditions. That’s why we give this three-country wine more time to develop its noticeably fruity character. An unmistakable aroma rewards the long wait.
Taste the limited PINO 3000 with us at Das Central or at ice Q and taste its exciting history as the highest Pinot Noir in the Alps with every drop.
Summit Dinner in the ice Q restaurant
It’s a very special experience when one of the highest located gourmet restaurants around the world welcomes guests to the weekly Summit Dinner at more than 3,000 m above sea level on the summit of Gaislachkogl in Sölden. Inspired by the best products from the Alpine world, the team delights with culinary treats and the matching wine.
